It's exciting and absolutely gorgeous. Toyota knows whats up. This thing makes me really excited for the future.

Agreed. I don't love the nose, but that's an easy fix.

The long nose and short backside make this car pretty.
I must get a job at Toyota if this thing is made soo I can work on them and drive them

Toyota LF-A + TVR Sagaris + Mazda RX-8 = This?

Exactly. It's a modern 2000gt

Not bad...
This has more shades of 2000GT than FRS/GT86.
But I wonder why it is obviously a front-engined car, but looks like it has rear fender scoops like a mid-engined car? Rear radiators, like LF-A?
They may just be heavy shadows, but for a second, before I noticed how LONNNG the hood is, it looked like it might be the MR2 replacement that GT86/FRS REALLY SHOULD HAVE BEEN... successor to the MR2, and usurpation of the Porsche/VW 914.

If that's the case then they sure picked great cars to use design cues from

Rear radiators, brake ducts, or just a design that looks cool lol

The thing is... if this is the new RC-based Supra or something...
I would rather have a mid-engined, affordable car.
I would rather FRS/GT86 have been a new MR2, with the Subaru FA20 engine, and a 2WD-spec Subaru transaxle.
That I would be excited about... FRS/GT86/BRZ just don't inspire me, and a Supra like the picture above is by all accounts I have seen so-far, a Nissan GT-R rival, and therefore nothing that I need care about much... not affordable.

I really like everything behind the front wheels. That front end is beyond hideous.

Wait, this is confirmed? I havent been keeping up with NAIAS stuff, so I don't know if this is just "leaked" stuff.
If this is real, then may the Supra gods bless this car with a 3JZ

Whoa. That's a long hood.
What have we got under there???
(also, I agree with others that the front is ugly, but damn that's a nice profile)

YES. Similar dimensions are the reason I love this baby so much. Long hood, far back cabin.

For some reason it makes for a pretty car having that setup.
Not everone can pull it off, but with the right wheelbase and body work its simply beautiful.

Interestingly, all of the cars that....I just can't like, that just don't look "beautiful" to me, all seem to have forward-located cabins.
Ferrari Enzo
Audi R8
Obviously I wouldn't kick any of these cars out of my garage, but none of them to me are "sexy," or "beautiful," or even "pretty." They're cool, and they're impressive, and they're imposing. But that's about it.

I don't like the Enzo, anything after the F40 I find hard to like.
And the R8, if you have never heard one in person, go stand outside til you do.
The noise is beautiful.
I've seen and heard the V8 and V10
Both make a nice noise.
Neither of those are cars I find pretty though. Just expensive things old men use to get it up.

Another straight 6 then?
The long hood and cockpit make me think of one of the Batmobiles lol
(The one before the Tumbler I suppose...?)

I'm so hoping they slap an inline six in there and call it the 3JZ. Especially if it has all the tuning capabilities of the 1 and 2JZ.
